Getting Started

This course combines Human Anatomy, which is the study of parts of the human body, with human physiology, which is the study of how parts of the body work together to make the body function. It is an introductory course for non-science majors, and it is hoped that you will develop a basic understanding about the human body that you will find useful when dealing with your own or a family member’s injury or illness in the future.

This course will involve students studying a weekly lesson or two, and then completing quizzes and homework assignments. We will also use the Penn State Angel system.
